What Happens in a Session?

I offer a safe and compassionate space to discuss your unique situation. With the aid of simple and nourishing exercises, I teach you how to become much more aware of your autonomic nervous system states and how to actively support your nervous system's natural movement towards emotional well-being. I help you to create a home practice plan tailor-made for your unique nervous system to support you in your goals.
